The Fall Flex Pack gives you the flexibility to drop in to our Thursday class on whichever weeks you like during our fall outdoor season. If you can't commit to 4 sessions, you may want to investigate our Drop-in option.
Classes run out of Earlscourt Park, Toronto at the west side of the running track. Each class is 1 hour in duration including warm up and cool down. You will need an exercise mat and a set of 5lb-8lb weights in order to fully participate. We are a body positive, trans-friendly, inclusive space that values each and every one of our members for their own special energy.
Classes run rain or shine unless weather is particularly inclement. Masks are not required to attend our outdoor classes, however physical distancing and the completion of a valid pre-screen before each class will be required per the provincial government guidelines in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.This session will run from October 1st - November 5th, 2020.
Packs are non-transferrable and non-refundable with the exception of the ever changing Government regulations around Covid-19. Classes run rain or shine unless weather is particularly inclement. Expiry date for your Flex Pack is November 5, 2020. Cost includes applicable taxes.
