OUTDOOR STRENGTH + CONDITIONING Single Drop-In Class
With the Drop-In pass, you can literally drop-in on whatever class you like during our outdoor season! Classes are capped at 25 people and are on a first come, first served basis. To secure your spot, you will need to have completed your drop-in purchase, sign up through the Facebook group page (you will be added and given instructions once you purchase your class pack) and have completed a Covid-19 self screen (available in the FB group) before class begins.
Classes take place in Carlton Park near 20 Edith Ave.
Mondays 6:30 - 7:25 pm
Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:25 pm
Each class is 55 minutes in duration including a dynamic warm up. You will need an exercise mat and a set of 5lb-8lb weights in order to fully participate. We are a body positive, trans-friendly, inclusive space that values each and every one of our members for their own special energy.
Classes run rain or shine unless weather is particularly inclement. During heavy rain or extreme heat, classes will run virtually, accessible via the Zoom meeting app for registered participants. Masks are not required to attend our outdoor classes, however physical distancing and the completion of a Covid self screen before each class will be required per the Provincial guidelines in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
