Feeling stuck at home with with little ones or no way to get to a gym or a group class? Come out and try one of our VIRTUAL BOOTCAMPS - a 2x weekly online bootcamp style fitness class that will run through Fall 2020. Train from the comfort of your own home or anywhere your device has WiFi access. Classes are built to accommodate all fitness levels and we always welcome new recruits! We are a body positive, trans-friendly, inclusive space that values each and every one of our members for their own special energy.
Monday 7pm (time is currently under review and might move to 6 or 6:30pm)
**No class will run on Monday October 12th due to the Thanksgiving holiday **
Classes operate via the Zoom meeting app. You will require a device from which you can join the meeting and enter our meeting ID and password. Once you complete your membership purchase, someone will contact you regarding how to access the weekly meeting links. Total class time is 60 minutes including warm up. You will need an exercise mat and a set of 5 - 8lb weights for these classes (creative at home substitutions for weights are also fine!). Additional equipment may be suggested week-to-week but is not essential. Athletes are welcome to use heavier weights should they feel the need.
Memberships are non-transferrable. Class credits offered for those with a documented injury. Cost includes applicable taxes.
