Feeling stuck at home and unmotivated to continue with your fitness regiment?
Try a monthly membership for our VIRTUAL classes and have a weekly online Strength + Conditioning class that will continue to support you through the current Covid-19 restrictions. Train from the comfort of your own home or anywhere your device has WiFi access. Classes are built to accommodate all fitness levels and we always welcome new recruits! We are a body positive, trans-friendly, inclusive space that values each and every one of our members for their own special energy. All bodies and fitness levels welcome. Memberships available for July 2021 - for the remainder of June our virtual classes will be Drop-In only.
Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Classes operate via the Zoom meeting app. You will require a device from which you can set up a Zoom account and join the meeting with our meeting ID and password. Once you complete your membership purchase, someone will contact you regarding how to access the weekly meeting links. Total class time is 60 minutes including warm up and cool down. You will need an exercise mat and a set of 8-10lb weights for these classes (creative at-home substitutions for weights are also fine!). Additional equipment may be suggested week-to-week but is not essential. All our athletes are encouraged to use heavier weights if and when they feel ready to do so.
Memberships are non-transferrable. Class credits offered for those with a documented injury. Cost includes applicable taxes.
