OUTDOOR EXPRESS MOBILITY Drop-In Class MONDAY 7:15pm
This 15 minute mobility class is designed to help you release tension, increase joint mobility and help you recover. Classes will take place Mondays at 7:15pm, immediately following our 6:30pm Strength + Conditioning class at Carlton Park. *In honour of Indigenous History Month and in memory of the children and families affected by residential school trauma in our country, all proceeds from our Monday night mobility classes will be donated to the Indian Residential School Survivor Society. The IRSSS provides support in the emotional, mental, and spiritual development, healing and recovery for Survivors, families and their communities.
Open to all fitness levels! You will need an exercise mat or large towel to participate.
