STRENGTH + CONDITIONING Drop-In Class 6:30pm - 7:30pm
With the Drop-In pass, you can literally drop-in on whatever class you like during our outdoor season! To secure your spot, you will need to have completed your drop in purchase and have a confirmation email for the class happening on the day you purchase your class.
Monday / Wednesday 6:30 - 7:25 pm
Classes run out of Carlton Park, Toronto. Each class is 55 minutes in duration including a dynamic warm up and cool down. You will need an exercise mat and a set of 5lb-8lb weights in order to fully participate. We are a body positive, trans-friendly, inclusive space that values each and every one of our members for their own special energy.
Classes run rain or shine unless weather is particularly inclement. During heavy rain or extreme heat alerts, classes will be done virtually and will be accessible via the Zoom meeting app for registered participants. Masks are not required to attend our outdoor classes, however physical distancing and the completion of a Covid self screen before class will be required in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
