My Ultimate Fat Burning Workout

Here's a quick and dirty little workout that will get you breathless, incinerate fat and build muscle. And it doesn't involve any traditional cardio! Choose a kettlebell that is a challenging weight. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Once you have completed the entire circuit, rest for 60 seconds and repeat the circuit 2-3 more times. You want to complete the highest number of reps you can in each interval while maintaining perfect form. Each round should take you less than 3 minutes to perform, including your rest intervals. One of the biggest complaints I hear from clients is their struggle to get in a proper breakfast, especially on days when they train early in the morning before work. As a trainer and coach, my job often depends on being up at the crack of dawn to head out and see clients in plenty of time for them to work out, shower and commute to work.
